A Year of Jack!

Have I said he's smart? Jack has recently developed the ability to take the stairs very patiently, one cautious step at a time, which is what is needed for those times when he's not 100%. So instead of calling for someone to watch him on the stairs which is what he always did before, now he just paces himself and comes down one foot at a time. Jack perseveres and accepts no defeat.

Jack is a brat.

Oh, I've said that already.

Jack loves to roo.

The first time he encountered one of our roofests, with Knight and Surfrider and Missy, he acted like it was a strange language to him, almost to the end of the roo. Then his eyes lit up and his face was just beaming as he raised his old muzzle. Never again would he forget. He puts all his heart into it when he tilts his muzzle up, and will keep it up until all others have gone silent. Jack has a wonderful baritone rooing voice.
